[xine-user] xine-lib's configure not accepting --with-w32-path?

I can't get xine (0.9.13) to find the win32 codecs in /usr/lib/xine

I have configured and rebuilt xine-lib with the --with-w32-path=3D/usr/li=
b/win32=20
and still nothing. The configure script doesn't pick them up and I've che=
cked=20
that I have permission on /usr/lib/win32

I looked at my ~/.xine/config file and it didn't have a codec.win32_path =
in it=20
so I added it as codec.win32_path:/usr/lib/win32
Still nothing!

What am I doing wrong?
