Mike, I suggest looking at the 'test programs' that are included with the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" source code distribution: <http://www.live.com/liveMedia/#testProgs>. Several of these programs have built-in RTSP servers that you can use for testing. In particular, I recommend using the "testMPEG1or2VideoStreamer" application to stream a MPEG-1 (or 2) Program Stream (as separate audio and video RTP streams).
