[xine-devel] [patch] io_helper : second try

Hi,

Changes:
- io_helper.h and io_helper.c move to xine-engine directory
- tcp connection helper
- all functions use a xine_stream_t parameter to read the
demux_action_pending value
- use send/recv for sockets and read/write for files
- all functions renamed to (see io_helper.h):
    xio_select
    xio_tcp_connect
    xio_tcp_read
    xio_tcp_write
    xio_file_read
    xio_file_write


The input plugins can be ported one by one, and there no need to remove
xine_read_abort() immediately.
I've ported the http input plugin (see xine_lib.patch)
There is no more "#ifdef WIN32" in the http input plugin.

Comments, ideas ?
