Hi everyone, While trying to build from CVS, I run into the following problem: cd xine-lib; ./cvscompile.sh $ + Running aclocal: aclocal: configure.in: 152: macro `AM_TYPE_PTRDIFF_T' not found in library done. (cvscompile.sh plods on for a while, but doesn't get anywhere because aclocal failed). Because AM_TYPE_PTRDIFF_T is an 'obsolete macro' according to automake, I wonder whether it is needed: I can use aclocal/automake/autoconf just fine after 'dnl'-ing the entry in configure.in. Both automake/aclocal and autoconf are the latest versions available. Regards, Paul Boven. -- --------------------------------------------------------------- | 'My job is to think.
