The problem with XvMC in the ibook is that ATI doesn't currently, and will probably never, release any specs to their hardware iDCT engine. So you won't see any open source driver implementing XvMC for ATI. They currently have a closed source driver for their radeon 8500+ chipset, but I'm not shure if it supports XvMC or not. -- Torgeir Veimo <to...@po...> |
