RE: [xine-user] dvd not reading anything after running regionset

Most DVD drives require the region set program to happen with the drive door
open and no DVD present.
Some DVD drives require power cycle after setting.

P.S. It is normally easier just to flash the whole DVD drive to RPC-1.
