[xine-user] problems installing Xine

Hi,

sorry if this problem is known, but I didnt find an answer so far:
On a SuSE 7.2 I wanted to install xine 0.9.4 from scratch: Compiled the libs
./configure
make
make check
make install.

so far, so good. No error messages.
when I wanted to compile the user interface the ./configure complains about
a missing xine. and really...it was not found anywhere.
Is there a separate step to install the execustable?
