I really need to get this off my system I am doing a lot of research and getting PDF files that have over 300 pages each and it opens a separate save file dialogue for each page i normally just download the whole file not each page separate. Please tell me how to get it off my system. For movies and stuff it rocks but its not compatible with what I do.

"Please tell me how to get it off my system". Well, why - deleting xdm is't working?
If u are so keen to remove it instead of configuring it properly, I advise to remove the application from ur system immediately.
