If you have LessTif installed in a standard place,
*and* the auto* tools are installed from source,
then the aclocal in the CVSMake in Xbae will pick up
the macro.

In some other cases, the auto-tools are installed in
/usr instead of /usr/local, and then the macro may be
in the wrong place. Maybe we need to make the installation
of scripts/autoconf better so this always works right.
