  If you are on Windows, this affects all Windows programs, including,
for example, notepad. As a workaround you can use the wxEXEC_NOHIDE.
I can reproduce the issue in the exec wxWidgets sample using the minimal
sample as launched program, hence it is a wxWidgets rather than wxPerl
issue.
