[wxGlade] [Patch] Don't append "_copy" unnecessarily while pasting

Hi all,

When pasting a widget, I noticed that wxGlade adds "_copy" when the name 
of the widget being pasted already exists in the application. The patch 
attached to this mail changes this behaviour slightly: instead of 
searching the entire application for name clashes, it only searches the 
current top level widget (panel, dialog or frame) for existing names. In 
a large project, this makes copy-paste a lot nicer to use, since you 
don't have to remove "_copy" from names anymore.
