Font fixes and additions. Now the PNG side has an elaborate font fallback
mechanism, which will work as long as Times Roman / Arial and Symbol
are there.

The Xfig and Eps sides were extended too: Arial goes into Helvetica,
Italic, Bold and both are handled, and Courier supported too.

xfwmfapi.c contains also several contributions by Frédéric Vivien
(draw_polygon, draw_ellipse).
