No; not yet available. (What I've been doing recently is writing manuals on-demand...) By the way, there is a 78-page manual about OpenJMS from Exolab. It doesn't tell much about installation but configurations, so it will help you to understand how OpenJMS server works and can be configured. It's under the doc directory of OpenJMS 0.7.3.1 distribution. > but I get stuck at verifying the JAVA_HOME environment variable. From openjms_user_guide.pdf ------------------------ Environment Variables The OpenJMS server requires the following environment variables to be set in order to run: JAVA_HOME -- Path of the JDK installation directory OPENJMS_HOME -- Path of the OpenJMS installation directory ------------------------ So set it to the location of the Java runtime (JRE). For example, on Windows, it would be: C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1_06 > As a consequence, when I try to build the > ERChangeNotification framework (which I've created using the classes in the > changenotification folder I pulled out of the Wonder module I checked out > from your CVS repository), I keep getting compile errors stating that the > package javax.jms doesn't exist. You needed to register the Libraries/*.jar files to the classpath, but actually, you don't have to build the framework by yourself. That's why it doesn't have Windows version of PB project. You can download the latest nightly build from the following page. (Note: I'm trying to integrate the above page to wonder.sourceforge.net) http://homepage.mac.com/tatsuyak/wonder/ wonder-wo52-n20030124.zip is the one you want. It's the latest binary distribution and should work on both Windows and Solaris. After downloading it, go to the Frameworks folder and copy ERJar.framework, ERExtension.framework and ERChangeNotificationJMS.framework to your local Framework directory.
