IIRC, I didn't find a solution the last time I tried to use a derived attribute in a related table qualifier or a raw row keypath to a related table derived attribute. (with WO 5.3.3 anyway) ......... a quick ugly workround might be to convert your fetch spec to SQL, write some logic to modify the SQL to be correct and stick it in the Hints dictionary so that it gets used instead of the auto-generated SQL.
