Are you using the properties for all models (dbConectURLGLOBAL, ...), or are you specifying a separate dictionary for each model (ModelName.URL, ...)? We have separate connection info for each model, due to our DBAs not wanting us to use the same username/password for multiple DBs. Each DB/Model has it's own login and therefor connection dictionary. Except for the dbConnectPluginGLOBAL=EROraclePlugIn property, since they are all Oracle DBs.
