[Winmerge-support] Ignoring specific folders

Hi,

I compare the svn repo with my current repo. My current repo does not have
any svn related "folder" i.e (.svn etc). Now whenever i compare 2 folders i
get a long list of .svn folders in winmerge. How could i tweak winmerge so
that it may Omit the .svn specific folders? I tried to look at filters but
ain't getting on it. any help?
