You can try http://www.lirc.org/remotes/.  You can also try recording
a config file with the Linux utility 'irrecord', or building one by
hand.

Nobody is doing any active development, as far as I know.  I
personally don't even use WinLIRC any more, but I still answer most of
the questions sent my way.
