After installing WinLAMP 4, I received many problems.
One of which looks like this that did not used to happen.

Same session problem
I installed apache to different directory (c:\apache) and
not c:\ as default
but apache is still trying to write the session files to
C:/Apache2/modules/php/tmp\sess..
but the actual dir is c:/apache/apache2/modules...
the session files path should be updated dependent on the
directory you install
guess you can change this setting in php.ini but still...
