Hi, I built widelands from CVS on Linux 2.6.4 - and everything worked fine. However, if I actually try to start a new game I receive the following error message: Reading Terrain Data ... Critical Error: Unhandled exception: Terrain '' exists in map, not in world! Is this a known behavior? How do you deal with this message? regards, Andreas PS: Maybe it would be useful to add a note in the README-file about the SDL/gettext-versions one must have installed to build widelands from source. PPS: I figured out, that if you must build gettext in order to get the libintl, you must configure gettext with the option '--with-included-gettext'. Don't know if this is a very useful hint, but it took me some time to get rid of an errormessage of the linker regarding the libintl, so I just want to let you know... |
