[Webware-discuss] update mod_python webkit_handler.py

I have updated and attached webkit_handler.py to accept the new
dictionary response.
This new response is great for smaller responses, but unfortunately
I still have to slurp in the whole response and unmarshal. Perhaps
sometime in the future the protocol could send a header object length
and header object so I could read and unmartial just the headers then
stream the actual contents instead of buffering? Or perhaps this would
all be subsumed within the AppServer-side adapter that could be tailored
for any protocol according to the request dictionary's 'format' element.
