Hey all, I'm new to Webware and currently evaluating it's capabilities for a major e-commerce solution. I'm running RedHat 7.1 with apache and the bare-bones WebKit.cgi approach. I can't seem to get Monitor.py to work as a daemon. I am running "Monitor.py start daemon" via a SSH session. Everything is great until I close the SSH session, then the AppServer won't respond. I'm assuming this is because it's execution is tied to stdout somehow. I got it to be a bit more responsive by turning off verbose output in the AppServer.config, however the Error Example page causes a Python error trace to be written to stdout which causes the same problem. How can I let this application server run as a daemon without maintaining a constant SSH/telnet connection? I can't find any help in the docs, although if I've missed it please direct me to the correct location. Thanks in advance!! |
