I've done it in the way, what all renaming and moves of files and folders are reproducible in the repository. It took me some hours to finish this task.
From my perspective, I hope contributions could be done much easier now, since developers can fork the sources and provide easily patches.

since Passwords are security relevant, I wanted to analyze the existing code for security flaws and issues.
I searched the web and could not find any reference to the sources except the zip files here on SF to download.
Paul, I am new to this project, so I hope I did not choose a way you do not like.
