Stephen, That is normal. I would not call that a webmin bug at all. What it is doing is converting all non-alpha-numeric characters into their ASCII equivelents. When you go to the Save As, simply change the save name back into the original file name and click ok. Only the name is converted in this process. The file remains unaltered.
