Hi Bob,

DirectoryIndex is what you want.  It's located in Webmin on the Virtual 
Servers:Directory Indexing page.

Here's the Apache docs for it (I'd link you to the Webmin guide entry 
but I realize now I missed that page when documenting Apache!):
