Hi, On one new box I installed, I get the error: NDC command failed : rndc: 'grumpy.lan' failed: unknown command >From the debug log I can see that the rndc command gets called as follows: /usr/sbin/rndc -c freeze 'grumpy.lan' The -c switch is used but there is no file name given after it. The rndc man page tells me that there should be a path to a config file given. But there is a /etc/rndc.key file available, so it should not use any config file... The webmin bind8/config has no config file configured. Not even something silly like a space or any other invisible character. webmin should just call /usr/sbin/rndc freeze 'grumpy.lan' I am running Archlinux and are totally up to date (just installed!). Running webmin 1.620. Funny thing is that this does not happen on a box that I have not recently upgraded the webmin of... So this seems like a regression of some kind. Any clue? Regards, Willem |
