[webmin-l] Virtualmin configuration check, Apache/PHP5

A plain vanilla system, I've configured it like all our other Ubuntu 
10.04.LTS-servers with Webmin and Virtualmin (or so I thought); I get 
this when I re-check the Virtualmin configuration:


Apache configuration file /etc/apache2/mods-available/php5.conf contains 
SetHandler lines that PHP from running with domain owner permissions. 
These lines must be removed.


I get the general meaning of it, but why doesn't any of my other 
installations complain about this, the file mentioned in the error 
message is identical in its contents on all our servers...
