I don't know what made me try this but I was curious to see if changing theme back to Old Webmin Theme would have an effect. And wouldn't you know, there it was under servers. I had to re-configure the module as some of the settings were changed since un-installing and re-installing but I got it to work. I then changed back to the Blue Framed Theme and it is now showing up under servers there as well. So, it is entirely possible that it was under Un-used Modules and I didn't look for it there.
