Netscape/Mozilla you need to enable the Java plugin. Look in the menus and find an entry for plugins. Follow the bouncing ball to the Netscape site and install the plugin. If it is a MicroSerf browser they hosed the Java support in their browsers after getting petulant when they lost the suit with Sun. When you apply service packs and/or critical updates (Critical to whom?) it loses java support. Just go to the Sun site and get the appropriate Java from them to re-enable Java in your browser.
