I'm getting an error when I try to delete mail from usermin

Hello,

Can anybody help with this error message?
 

Open of /var/www/.usermin/mailbox/sgaas.del failed : 

When root, this error does not occur.  I installed usermin from the RPM
source using rpm -U.  It is running on RH 7.2.
