I ran the fdisk -l /dev/hda2, here is the output: Disk /dev/hda2: 57mb, 57576960 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 7 cylinders units = cylinders of 16065 * 512=8225280 bytes Disk /dev/hda2 doesn't contain a valid partiton table Hope this helps.
