I am going to upgrade my unix system from solaris2.6 to solaris8, it requires root ( / ) partition to have at least 800MB . I have 18GB on second disk and want to move some spaces from second disk to root partition. The problem is second disk is on different target but has the same controller so how do I re-format my root partition? Please help. Here's exactly what I have: /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 1525647 1029405 435217 71% / /dev/dsk/c0t1d0s6 17153338 9 16981796 1% /disk2 Thanks, David |
