#80 AttachToIENoWait() method for handling PDF windows

From a post on the mailing list, there was a question about using AttachToIE() with an IE window in which Acrobat is displaying a PDF. There is an exception thrown when attempting to attach to this window, which appears to be a timeout with WaitForComplete. A method like AttachToIENoWait() would solve this problem.

The AttachtToIENoWait(findBy[,timeout]) methods are added to the current development code and will be part of the 1.3 release
