Is the keydistflags option non configurable for the server? I've tried setting mine to "keydistflags=0" and it will still automatically accept key broadcasts. I understand that it's impractical for it to prompt the user to accept a key since it's a daemon, but I would think you would be able to tell the server not to autoaccept what-so-ever. I would prefer to manually add the keys that I want to allow.
