I would definitely like to see a tab editor for not only for adding registry entries... but in a safe way... such that it replaces the existing value (and remembers that value in a registry 'stack", so that on uninstall, it can replace the value to its original setting)

That could be tricky, as the software is in fact "uninstalled" every time it is upgraded.

A simple registry-editor is however pretty trivial to implement.
