I have finaly got around to releasing a new version. 
It is mainly an amalgamation of some minor fixes and tweaks but still
worth the upgrade even if its only for the PM2 demo.

Fixed a minor bug with the link mode.
Added an improved PM2 demo app.
Added the PM2 demo to the portal demo.
