Now that should be .../misc/tests/CMakeLists.txt (without the 'r'),
right? That's probably a bug in VXL itself.

Open VXL and look at Project/Settings. On the C++ Tab, choose "Code
Generation" and look what it says under "runtime library" (like
Multithreaded DLL or something). Set your project to the same setting
and rebuild. Then these linker errors should disappear.
