[Vxl-maintainers] Wiki updated; soon to replace homepage.

Hello,

I have changed the WikiStart page to resemble the vxl homepage:

  http://apps.sourceforge.net/trac/vxl/wiki

I have also created the following pages (these are always accessible
if you click on the Index;
http://apps.sourceforge.net/trac/vxl/wiki/TitleIndex) which some still
need to be linked into the mainpage:

  http://apps.sourceforge.net/trac/vxl/wiki/vxl-faq
  http://apps.sourceforge.net/trac/vxl/wiki/vxl-mailing-list-policy
  http://apps.sourceforge.net/trac/vxl/wiki/vxl-submit-build

Notice that I have converted the submit-build page (recently created
page by Brad; the original is already accessible through the vxl
homepage) to the wiki and also created a vxl-faq with the auto-props
issue discussed.

Please feel free to edit or send comments about this initial effort.
Note that after the wiki is refined with at least all the content in
the current homepage I will be redirecting the wiki as the homepage
(i.e., http://vxl.sourceforge.net will point to the wiki).
