[Vxl-maintainers] final "cvs remove" in VXL

We have had a week to let VXL's subversion switch sink in.  Everything  
looks fine.  Should I go ahead with the final "cvs remove" to remove  
everything in CVS and add note referring to SVN?

Let me know if there are any objections.  Otherwise I'll do it tonight  
or tomorrow.
