[Vxl-maintainers] Choice of bug tracker

Folks,

We need to set up a bug tracker and wiki.  Miguel has kindly volunteered 
to set it up.  We need to choose what to go with.  Please vote for one 
of the following:

1. MediaWiki+MantisBT
2. trac
3. sourceforge_wiki+sourceforge_tracker (these seem very unusable)
4. Let Miguel choose


I'll unilaterally state that voting closes at 11 March 2009 at 23:00 UTC.
