You could try to "make -k" so the make process would just continue after any errors. Most errors will most likely be in "experimental" code which you won't need.

For the error at hand:

Apparently, your version of AVFormatContext's member "pb" is already of datatype "ByteIOContext*" so the "&" at line 464 needs to be removed.
No sure if this analysis is correct, though: I don't have the header file ffmpeg/avformat.h

But as I said, just continue the compilation and you will end up without the library brl/bbas/vidl2 which you maybe don't need.
