Oliver's custom script is for VuFind 1.x; if you're using 2.x and want to make similar enhancements, please let me know (or open a JIRA ticket). I believe that Oliver's search cleanup speed enhancements have already been made in 2.x -- the only thing that hasn't been done is automation of session cleanup, which would probably be a good addition (perhaps in a new, separate util script to allow more flexibility). - Demian > -----Original Message----- > From: Oliver Goldschmidt [mailto:o.g...@tu...] > Sent: Tuesday, January 14, 2014 8:13 AM > To: vuf...@li... > Subject: Re: [VuFind-General] MySQL database clearing > > Tim, > > I have enhanced the script to clean the searches table, since the script > shipping with VuFind was very slow.
