Is it possible that the Horizon upgrade shut off the extra API so that the database-driven features are still fine but the API-based features are broken? Subject: [VuFind-General] Requests failed after Horizon upgrade Hi, We have just upgraded to the latest version of Horizon and about the only thing that has gone wrong is that we can no longer place requests from within VuFind. All other borrower functions are working, including the cancelling of requests. Placing an request on a requestable item gets the message "Your request failed. Please contact the issue desk for further assistance". The Horizon Information Portal and Horizion Web Services were also updated but we are using the HorizonXMLAPI.ini driver - which I think bypasses Horizon Web Services. Requests are working fine on the HIP and the staff client. I'm digging around but if anyone has any ideas about this - or a solution - I would be pleased to hear. I have restarted VuFind and run it with debug on but can't see anything that immediately stands out. We are VuFind 1.3.
