It sounds like Solr is starting up successfully and working correctly -- your problems are on the PHP/Apache side. Do you see any errors in your Apache error log? Does turning on the debug setting near the top of web/conf/config.ini give you any additional information? - Demian ________________________________________ From: Agata Wietecha [wie...@pi...] Sent: Friday, March 30, 2012 4:53 AM To: Peter Smee; Demian Katz; vuf...@li... Solr is running. Oh, I have 'Error 404 - Not Found' on http://[vufind_server]:8080 in my browser (it seems to me, that it can be problem with linking from Apache server to VuFind resources). Additionally there is a link to Solr: No context on this server matched or handled this request. Contexts known to this server are: /solr ---> org.mortbay.jetty.webapp.WebAppContext@...{/solr,jar:file:/.../vufind/solr/jetty/webapps/solr.war!/}<mailto:org.mortbay.jetty.webapp.WebAppContext@...%7b/solr,jar:file:/.../vufind/solr/jetty/webapps/solr.war!/%7d> The link leads to a page titled 'Welcome to Solr!' and having links: 'Admin biblio', 'Admin authority', 'Admin stats'. Each of them is active.
