I didn't load the registry settings. Yes i get the same message if i attempt to do it mannually. I did have a re-install of all items today. And the weird thing is: the 'install.bat' worked fine, and it didn't complain about the PHP_PEAR_PHP_BIN either. But I still got the blank screen.
