maybe i should have done some more tries before posting, because now i
solution that works much better for me. i dont really understand why,
but if i leave title_short as it was the result seems satisfying:

pattern_map.title_chop_slash_title.pattern_0 = (.+)/=>$1
title = 245ab, (pattern_map.title_chop_slash_title),  first
title_sub = 245b, (pattern_map.title_chop_slash_title), first
title_short = 245a, first
