[VuFind-General] JIRA Upgrade Tomorrow (2/24 @ 9AM EST)

Hello,

I just wanted to give everyone warning that JIRA (http://vufind.org/jira) will be down for a brief period somewhere around 9AM EST tomorrow morning to allow for an upgrade to the latest version.  Apart from the service disruption, you shouldn't notice major changes; this is just to patch some minor security issues.
