Is there a book that you would recommend for learning PHP? I don't use any PHP reference books, so I am sorry about not being able to = recommend one. I find the manual on php.net is very helpful for reference.= Other than that, Im sure any Wrox or O'Reilly book would do the trick. > > I was looking at the file "list-list.tpl" and on line 41 , > > <b>{translate text=3D'Call Number'}</b>: <span > id=3D"callnumber{$record.id}">Loading</span> > > and this is where I think I am having problems not showing the Call > Number, Location, and Status in the Search Results windows. The status information on the search results is loaded in via Javascript. = The Javascript makes an AJAX call to the AJAX server which calls the databa= se driver. Send me the file and I can take a look, I will also check it in= to SVN so we can start to track it's progress and others can help out with = it. > > Also, how does the User login process work? I am not sure how you implemented this. There is a method called patronLogin in the driver class. That method can = do whatever you need to do, so you could query a separate database if neces= sary. For my instance, our ILS has patron data in it for logging in, etc. Andrew |
