VooDoo cIRCle: 1.1.36 released

VooDoo cIRCle is an IRC (ro)bot, scriptable (PHP and/or Perl), SSL support, FileSystem, private BotNet, advanced security rights for each user. Runs on POSIX and Windows.

VooDoo cIRCle version 1.1.36 was just released.

Bug fix: Windoze binary build: x86 package contained x64 DLL
pcre-msw.dll, preventing to run the bot.
