Once a user hears the greeting message, they can press 999#. Then they will be
greeted with "Enter boxnumber". The sound files that come with VOCP originally
aren't very loud. I have recreated most of the standard files that come with it, so
when somebody dials in they can hear the greeting and other messages clearly and loudly.
