#681 Connecting progress window not visible.

Just upgraded from 2.0.4 to 2.7.7 and I noticed there isn't a connection progress window anymore. After I press the connect button, TightVNC completely disappears from screen and it's not visible if the software is still running or closed or what it's doing until the a remote desktop opens. This behavior is very confusing.

Otherwise great work on a wonderful piece of software! Very happy after the upgrade.
